Radio Shack Metric Converter
This promotional item makes me want to create a new category on my blog called "Promos I Find Endearing for a Variety of Mildly Amusing Reasons," but I just posted it to Retro Promos instead. Anyhow, here's why I like this:
1. It's a metric converter, and it seems pretty old, making it a charming reminder of our failure to switch to the metric system.
2. It's from Radio Shack, but it's not electronic in any way.
3. Um, it's a metric converter?
