Promotions Specialist (Inside Sales):
The ideal candidate is creative, confident, and great with customers. Your creative advice will bring the product and message together that gets your clients noticed. Your customers will range from small town shops, schools and not-for-profits, to Fortune 1000 companies each with a different challenge you can help solve. The branded products you recommend will often be used around the country – there is no telling where you might find some of our work.

If you love products and features, you'll love this job. We sell more than 600,000 different items. You don't have to know them by heart, but you will become an expert faster than you might imagine and your clients will come to trust you for recommendations. After 1-2 years as a Promotions Specialist you'll be ready for the big accounts and even greater levels of responsibility and compensation as an Account Executive.

* Ability to make creative recommendations, like writing a clever tagline
* Ability to handle a fast paced environment which can challenge even the greatest multi-taskers,

* Natural ability to bond with different types of people,
* BA/BS or equivalent, and a strong desire to build a career and have fun doing it!

Compensation
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes medical benefits, a 401K Plan, paid vacation, a base salary plus commissions that can easily exceed 50K in the first year, and an exciting career path in sales.

Marketing Coordinator:
If you want to work on a variety of marketing projects in a fun, fast-paced environment, this may be just the job for you. From web marketing to customer retention and data analysis, we tackle a wide variety of interesting tasks. You will both have the guidance you need and the opportunity to take initiative. You must be great at communicating, problem solving and staying organized.

Duties will include:
• Web marketing, including search engine optimization
• Implementation of customer retention strategies, including print and email marketing
• Collection and analysis of marketing data from multiple sources
• Coordinating with vendors and the merchandising team to create marketing promotions
• Preparation of email newsletters
• Planning and ordering self-promotional gifts and giveaways

Qualifications:
• A four-year college degree
• Some relevant experience preferred
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent work ethic and desire to learn
