In other novelty promotional car news, this summer a cop ticketed the Weinermobile when it was illegally parked in downtown Chicago. Local Streets and Sanitation Department official Matt Smith took full advantage of the opportunity to make bad jokes about it, saying The situation was resolved without the use of ketchup, which in Chicago is a big thing, and We have access to tow trucks that could have handled a Polish sausage, not just a hot dog." Ouch.
