| TJ Maxx put on an elf-themed promotion in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York to get shoppers excited about Christmas. The promotion included mobile window displays, a whole street team decked out as elves and wacky present backpacks that featured windows showing the hot gift items within. Is there sugar in syrup? |  |
