Promotional Folders Fit The Bill For A Michigan Non-Profit

When you have printed information to transport and share with various audiences, promotional folders serve more than an operational purpose—they become mobile branding tools.

That’s exactly what our client, Leslie Hall, likes about the promotional folders she received from ePromos. As Executive Director for the Michigan Rural EMS Network (MiREMS), a non-profit organization that supports EMS professionals and EMS agencies in rural Michigan, she needed to get educational materials to potential partners—and she needed to do it efficiently.

MiREMS used these large custom document folders to distribute important information to stakeholders. They’re available in a huge array of colors.

“We needed a way to    effectively communicate the various initiatives that we are involved in throughout the year,” she says. “The folder will be an opportunity to present the material in a neat and attractive way. The clear folder allows our logo to shine, and the little pocket on the front for a paper tab with content description will be used to tuck in a promotional pen.”

These custom folders are the perfect way for Hall to organize tiered layers of information about MiREMS and transport them throughout the state as she travels to meet with EMS agencies, hospital CEOs and government officials.

“We chose these particular folders because the wave pocket mimics the curved design in our branding,” Hall says. “The open pocket design allows the information to be easily seen and accessible, rather than having the information hidden in a closed traditional folder.”

As a new ePromos customer, Hall has been impressed with our customer service, product quality and delivery times. “We will definitely be looking to ePromos for our future promotional needs,” she says.

MiREMS, we salute you for turning an operational item into a powerful marketing tool. We’re here to help with any promotional project.

Promo know-how tip: Tuck a thin, ightweight item such as a promotional magnet, bookmark or the classic promo pen inside your custom folder to extend your message.
