This only very tangentially promotional, but quite amazing. The New York Times recently did a feature on this recent Japanese phenomenon. With crime rates on the rise, one creative safety innovation is clothing that converts into a vending machine disguise. A little bit IZAt, a little bit camo and a little bit origami, the new apparel seems to be a uniquely Japanese response to safety fears.
