The product packaging from Thelma’s Treats is as fantastic as the baked goods the company serves up. Or so we’ve heard. We haven’t tried the cookies yet.
The Des Moines, Iowa-based cookie delivery business is using boxes designed to look like old-fashioned stoves when delivering its from-scratch cookies into customers’ hands.
The boxes arrive still warm, and when recipients slide the cookies out, it looks like they’re sliding right out of the oven on a baking sheet.
Not only is this product packaging memorable and unique, but it’s right in line with the company’s branding.
Thelma’s Treats is run by a mother-son team that uses great-grandma Thelma’s iconic Snickerdoodle recipe (which garnered her county-wide fame in her day). And because customers need something to wash down their custom cookies, they’ll even deliver milk or coffee.
There’s something so comforting about the entire Thelma’s Treats experience, and the product packaging rounds it out. The company thought about everything, too – there are even some words of wisdom from Thelma printed on the back of the box.
